My Services
Different seasons can bring different financial realities. The equitable fee model creates a small amount of room for those differences while allowing Uncovered Roads to remain a sustainable practice.
Specializing in life transitions, I understand that some of life’s changes increase the need for therapy while decreasing financial stability. With that in mind, Uncovered Roads offers individual adult psychotherapy using different options to access care. Rates are explained in more detail on the “Investment” page. Choose the rate that feels sustainable for you, and we will discuss the plan during our consult call. The level you choose does not change the quality of care you receive. Every client receives the same care, attention, and respect.

Your Roadmap to Positive Change
1. REACH OUT
Schedule a free 15-minute consult call with the time and date that fits your availability.
2. BRIEF QUESTIONNAIRE
Before the call: You’ll be sent a brief questionnaire so we can make the most of the time on the call.
3. CONSULT CALL
If we’re a good fit during the consult call, then we'll schedule your first official appointment.
4. COMPLETE FORMS
Before the first session: You’ll be emailed consent forms, policies, and a longer questionnaire to provide me with more clarity on your history, current feelings, and stressors.
5. FIRST SESSION
During the first session: We’ll get to know each other! We’ll go over your life story, discuss how you’re feeling, and identify what you’d like to work on. If we both feel that we’re a good match, then we get you a regular appointment time on my schedule!
What happens in a consultation?
I’ll ask you the following questions:
What’s bothering you about life? What would you like to see improve?
What made you interested to try therapy now?
What’s your schedule like?
I’ll also tell you about:
My therapy style
How my rates work
A few basic policies
How virtual therapy works
What forms you need to complete before our first session
Don’t worry, there’s no right or wrong thing to say! Come as you are and we’ll take it one step at a time.
